Whether you are a beginner who has never worked out or a seasoned veteran who needs to push to the next level, I will be able to help you get to your next level of fitness.
This workshop will have three sessions packed with valuable information, custom workout routines, nutritional guidance, and more! Leave each session with answers to your questions, clarity on reaching your goals, and goals for the week ahead.
At the end of this workshop you will have an understanding of how weight loss works and how nutrition, cardio & strength training work together. You will have your own goals defined. You will have your own plan of what you need to do based on what you have available at home or at the gym you belong to.
In addition to the three nights we meet, each person will leave with handouts, my favorite book on nutrition and a certificate for a discounted private training session with me that you can use within the next 3 months.
