Private Training

One-on-one personal training is the best way to get started!  We'll be able to sit down, define YOUR goals, YOUR obstacles, and YOUR schedule.  Whether you are new to the gym or an avid weight lifter, I'll quickly get you to the next level of fitness and on your way to reaching your goals.  Private training allows us time to talk privately while you train. There are other obstacles that often interfere with reaching fitness goals and together we can find ways to get through those. 
 
 
Partner Training

Partner Sessions are a great way to have fun by spending time with a friend and getting a GREAT workout in at the same time!  Partner training works best when two people have similar goals in mind.  I can create programs for almost any pair of people, so give it a try if you have a friend or a spouse that you want to work out with!  And don't worry about chatting away...I'll keep you focused! 
 
 
 
Small Group Training

"FIT WITH FRIENDS": Small groups of up to four people work out together for 60 - 90 minutes and always break a sweat!  You can create your own group or contact me for availability in an existing group.  Small groups are a great way to "get through" a cardio & weight lifting session with other friends.  Every workout is different! 
 
                                     
 
Fitness Consultation

Stuck in a rut or not sure how to get to the next level of fitness?  We can set up a session to talk about your goals, your workouts and put together some new routines for you to follow.  You can check back in a few weeks, a month, or whenever you need if you want to change things up again!
 
 
 
 
12-Week Weight-Loss Program

If you need a little more direction, weekly check-in, tips, nutritional guidance, weekly tracking, and a plan, a 12-week program is for you!  This allows us the time to get results that you can see!
