My Philosophy on Health, Fitness & Weight Loss 

It's not easy to lose weight.  I get that
You don't think you have the time.  I get that, too. 
You've tried before and it didn't work.  I hear that a lot and after a brief conversation I'll be able to tell you why it didn't work.
You are overwhelmed and not sure where to startI can help make it simple & clear.
You have hit rock bottom.  Sometimes there's no better place to start.  Do not despair, I will help you.
 
I am a mother to three young children and their needs often do come first.   I have learned that reaching your own personal goals sets a great example to your children and I truly believe that being happy with yourself physically as well as mentally makes you better prepared to live your best life. 
 
It’s possible that you have no idea where to begin in order to reach your health & fitness goals. Maybe you feel like it’s a lost cause. Perhaps you feel like everyone can lose weight but you. Or, maybe you feel like you are already working hard but frustrated that you haven’t seen any results. I’ve been there — all of those places, and I’ve overcome them and now I love helping my clients do the same!
 
STOP!  Stop searching for the hidden secret to weight loss, getting firm & lean, and living a healthy life.  You are making everything too complicated and therefore this seems like an overwhelming task that you are trying to accomplish.  And chances are this isn't the first time that you've tried to lose weight.

 

Whether you need to lose 100 pounds, or those last 10, changing your body often means changing your lifestyle and that can be hard work.  Sometimes you need to hit rock bottom before you can begin to climb out.  Other times you may just need a little adjusted guidance to get to your next level of fitness.

 

I will tell you the secret – there isn’t one.  The people who have results have worked very hard and got through the point where everyone else has thrown in the towel. You need someone to get you through that point and that is what I can do.

 

This is all you need:  Eat clean, strength train, do cardio, believe in yourself and repeat all of those day after day, week after week, month after month – for long enough to see results.

 

Whether you've been working out for years or have never stepped foot in a gym or lifted a weight, I offer personal training for every level of fitness.

 
I guarantee you can do more than you currently think you can.  I will push you to new limits and show you what you need to do to reach your health & fitness goals.  I will provide the motivation, guidance, and support -- but you will need to provide the will power and drive.
