Many people wonder what personal training is like — will it be too hard? Will you feel out-of-place? What if you haven’t worked out in years?
No, it will not be too hard. I will plan workouts that are at your current level, no matter where that is. No, you will not feel out of place at all. That is the beauty of a private setting. Weight training is non-competitive. You will only challenge yourself. Do not worry if you haven’t worked out in years — in no time at all it will become second nature!.
Decide you are worth it – don’t sabotage all of your efforts working out by making poor nutritional choices. By doing this you are only “breaking even” and not seeing the results that you deserve.

My goal is to help you define YOUR goals — figuring out what YOU really want — and making it happen for YOU. The first step is yours to take -- decide that it's YOUR time to do this! From there we will become a team and work towards your goals together.
Starting a new health & fitness program can be overwhelming. I will help make it simple (relatively speaking!). Together we will assess your current level of fitness, discuss your goals, the timeframe in which you want to meet them, your weekly schedule, your workouts and your nutrition. Together we will come up with a plan that will fit your lifestyle — and get you to your goals.
Find other like-minded people! You will have the option to become part of a group all focused on being their best and reaching their physical goals. There are things that I do to connect my clients with each other for a support group and general camaraderie. It's all optional. Through these connections, my clients have met and formed lifelong friendships, signed up for triathlons together and even traveled to San Francisco to run the Nike Women's Marathon.
