My Experience
My best experience is my own personal journal to reaching my health & fitness goals. My love for the process, the results, and how positively they affected my life has led me to my passion to help others. My previous fitness experience includes being a member of a San Francisco Extreme Fitness Boot Camp, Outfit Fitness -- which is where I fell in love with the results of working out harder than I ever thought I could! I’ve also done an "extreme fitness" vacation in Costa Rica, running through jungles, wading through the ocean, scaling rocks to waterfalls (that was our “rest”) and paddling through alligators-right-by-you waters. I have also trained clients at Healthworks Fitness in Boston and BodyScapes Fitness in Southborough, MA.
In My Spare Time...
In my spare time, I love to meet friends for coffee for some good girl chat, go to the movies, read magazines (yes, fitness magazines really are my favorite!). I also enjoy skiing, running (sort of) & weight training, any type of vacation, and spending as much time as possible with my husband, our children and visiting our family & friends.
My Family
My family is my top priority; however, my own sanity is key to everything functioning smoothly! Finding time to work out and bouncing back after pregnancies sure was a challenge! Introducing my kids to fitness early with a walk or run in the stroller helped make it part of our daily routine. My kids call this "exercise time" and they also love to imitate squats, push-ups and sit-ups! The 1 lb. pink dumbbells were a great hit for the holidays. Who knew a 4-year old could hold a plank so long?
